- UPDATES ON COVID-19 -

we would like to provide you with an update on how we, at MOMSCo., are addressing the challenges and safety concerns of COVID-19.
 
we hope all of our customers and friends are able to stay safe & healthy during these strange times. biltmorecustomsofa considers the safety of our clients and employees our highest priority. as a small company, we understand that situations like this can be a hardship.

as of right now MOMSCo. will continue to operate as normal and we are taking the proper precautions in our warehouse and in our office to ensure cleanliness and consistent sanitation. over the next couple of weeks, you may notice longer fulfillment times that will differ from what is noted here in our FAQ on our website. we are doing our absolute best as a small business to get you your orders, safely and timely as best we can. fulfillment times can be anywhere from 7-14 business days (which excludes weekends and holidays) based on the amount of orders we are receiving. international shipping is longer!

- HOW DO RETURNS / REFUNDS WORK? -

The only acceptable returns are damaged product or an incorrect item was received (wrong size, wrong item, wrong color). If you would like to file a claim for a misprinted, defective, or damaged item, it must be completed within a 15-day window from the day the product was received. for unreceived products due to shipping carriers inability to deliver the product, these must be filed no later than 30 days from the expected delivery date. we do not accept exchanges, even if the wrong size was purchased so please be sure to check your selections before finishing checkout. all claims are to be filed with our company email [email protected]

- WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS? -

biltmorecustomsofa is not responsible for errors on behalf of the customer's incorrect shipping address inputted. Please be sure to double check when checking out that the shipping address is correct. We know web browsers sometimes automatically input old addresses you have on file so please be sure to ensure what is input is your current address. We sometimes have the ability if we are made aware by the customer early enough to change the shipping address but oftentimes it is out of our control to change the address once a label has been made or the order has already been shipped. We do not replace orders for incorrect shipping addresses on behalf of the customer. 

 

 - HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE / CAN I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT FASTER ? -

USA Shipping: since all apparel and accessory products are shipped through a third party printer, the estimated delivery period is 7-12 (pre-order items will clarify in the item's description) business days from order date (delivery can be affected by holidays or inclement weather.) we do not offer expedited shipping. also, please note that since we are shipping our apparel and some accessories from third-party vendors, your orders may come separately packaged.
 

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? -

All International shipping can take anywhere from 20-35 business days. 

We currently only offer international shipping to Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

 - CUSTOMS? WHO PAYS? -

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. MOMSCo. is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of MOMSCo. to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. UK and Canadian residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. MOMSCo. is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is made. If you have issues with this process or need further clarification please feel free to email us or research your country's customs info. 

  

- DO YOU GUYS HAVE A BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM? -

as of right now we are currently working with content creators (our form of brand ambassadors), however this program will be phased out and we will continue to work solely with instagram influencers who are on-brand with our demographic.

- WHEN WILL MY FAVORITE DESIGN BE RESTOCKED? -

currently, we are working hard to create an accessible and unique brand that offers limited edition apparel and accessories.

unfortunately, items do sell out and are often made in limited quantities. this not only allows us to keep up with all orders in a timely manner but to ensure the quality as well. additionally, this allows us the opportunity to keep all items you purchase from our brand as limited edition pieces that you can't get anywhere else!
